Shipping Policy
Lead times on orders will vary according to demand levels, but we endeavour to send all orders within 3 working days. We will notify you if our order fulfilment time changes.
Orders sent within the UK will be sent by courier and tracked. We will send you the tracking number, on our shipping notification.
Return & Exchange Policy
We really hope that you are satisfied with your dog coat but if for any reason you are not happy with the coat you purchased please contact us at : thewelldressedwhippet1@gmail.com

If you need to change the size of the coat then please email us with photos of your dog wearing it, so we can ensure the replacement coat will fit. We cannot guarantee The Well Dressed Whippet clothing for other breeds other than sighthounds. Purchases made for other breeds are the buyers responsibility. These cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please return the coat, we will advise you of the returns address by email.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the coat. (Shipping costs are non-refundable). When you ship the item to us make sure it is tracked and insured as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it, and therefore we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we have received the coat, if it is unused and in the condition you received it, we can issue you with either an exchange (if your dog needs a larger size you will have to pay the sizing differential if appropriate) or offer you a refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund on postage.

Any returns must be received by us within 14 days from the date the order was shipped by us. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued if applicable once they have been inspected and approved. Products for refund must be in an unwashed condition. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
